President & Chief Science Officer
Dr. Andrew J. M. Willoughby leads Anera’s scientific strategy, clinical governance, research direction, and innovation framework. With more than 37 years of clinical and scientific experience, he provides the foundational authority guiding Anera’s credibility as a regulated, science-driven longevity platform. Dr. Willoughby also oversees formulation strategy, regulatory alignment, and Anera’s Scientific Advisory Board.

Rob Penz supports Anera’s manufacturing and supply chain strategy, bringing over two decades of experience in cGMP production systems, Health Canada–regulated manufacturing, and scalable operational execution. Executive Operations & Training Lead
Cerra Gelz supports Anera’s operational execution through advanced clinical operations, training frameworks, and R&D coordination. With more than 13 years of experience working directly alongside Dr. Willoughby, she plays a critical role in translating complex scientific systems into consistent, real-world operations.
Executive Administrator & Operations Management
Serena Collins oversees executive administration and operational management, supporting organizational continuity, regulated workflows, and internal systems coordination as Anera scales across scientific, clinical, and commercial domains.
